Simple Setup: Remove the arm bar, bait the trap, set the trap, and place it.
Quick Result: Mouse traps ensure quick and effective capture of mice compared to other solutions.
Reusable: The spring mechanism of the mouse traps is suitable for both single-use and repeated use after cleaning the trap.
How to Set Up the Victor Easy Set Mouse Trap?
You can follow the 4 steps below to successfully complete the installation:
- Release the Arm Bar – Remove the staple and release the arm.
- Set the Trap – Bait the trap with an attractive food. Unsolid baits are the baits that will help you get the best results. You can put the bait on the bait section using smooth substances like nut butter or creamy chocolate rather than hard foods such as cheese, sausage, or nuts.
- Set the Trap – Pull back the spring rod and hold it securely with your thumb. Place the arm bar over the shaft and secure it under the pedal. Pay attention to the hardness and sensitivity settings. Set the mechanism to the hard setting for a hard shutdown. Complete the process by setting the mechanism to the soft setting for a smoother closing and catching process.
- Set the Trap – Find an area where you suspect that rodent activity is high and. Place the trap along the wall as much as possible. The trap should be positioned vertically against the wall with yellow trigger plate aligning with baseboard.
For best results, mouse traps should be placed in areas where mice roam, such as along the edges of walls at intervals of 5 meters.
